How long will a EPC take?
Typically a EPC will take around 40 minutes to complete, the assessment includes but is not limited to, understanding your heating controls, window glazing, heating type/s and property measurements.
Is this intrusive?
No, an EPC is a non intrusive assessment type, a visual inspection of your property and all rooms is the only requirement. When onsite, our assessor will explain the full process, else, you can contact us for more information!
